Dan Brown dominates the field

From the Guardian, Dan Brown’s new book sold 550,000 copies last week. The next best hardcover fiction book sold shy of 7,000.

I read the Da Vinci code in about four hours; if I read it any slower, I would start thinking about it, and that’s a bad thing. I figure the optimal time for reading a complete Dan Brown book is around two hours.
